We only collect information you voluntarily provide — through our website's contact form, email, phone, text, or during a consultation.

  • Respond to inquiries and schedule consultations or sessions

  • Prepare client agreements and provide organizing services

  • Communicate with you about your project, scheduling, and any follow-up (such as maintenance sessions)

  • With your permission, share occasional updates about our services

To run our business, we use a small number of trusted third-party services that may process your information on our behalf:

  • Squarespace — hosts our website and processes contact form submissions

  • Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Forms) — used for scheduling, communication, and client agreements

These providers have their own privacy and security practices, and we only share the information necessary for them to perform their function.

Payments

We do not process payments directly through our website. Payment for services (including deposits + balances) is handled directly between you and Room to Breathe via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, check, cash, ACH transfer, credit card, or gift certificate, depending on your preference. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment account details.

Cookies

Our website, hosted through Squarespace, may use cookies to support basic site functionality and understand how visitors use our site. This information is not linked to personally identifiable information. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
