Welcome to RoomToBreatheOrganizing.com (the "Site"), owned and operated by Room to Breathe Professional Organizing, LLC ("Room to Breathe," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

This Site is provided for informational purposes and to allow visitors to learn about, inquire about, and schedule our professional organizing services. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use of, this Site by anyone else.

2. Services Described on the Site

Room to Breathe offers professional organizing services, including in-home and virtual sessions, seasonal maintenance memberships, and related products (such as gift certificates and home filing frameworks). Descriptions of services on this Site are for general informational purposes. Specific terms, pricing, scheduling, and scope of work for any engagement are governed by a separate signed Client Service Agreement, not solely by this Site.

In the event of a conflict between this Site and a signed Client Service Agreement, the signed agreement controls.

3. No Professional Advice

Room to Breathe's founder has a background in psychology; however, content on this Site (including blog posts, tips, or resources) is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute psychological, medical, legal, or financial advice, and should not be relied upon as a substitute for consultation with a qualified professional in the relevant field.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs, brand elements, and design — is the property of Room to Breathe Professional Organizing, LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright law and applicable trademark rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

5. Payments + Gift Certificates

  • Payment for services is due as outlined in your Client Service Agreement and may be made via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, check, cash, ACH, credit card, or gift certificate.

  • Gift certificates are non-refundable and non-transferable for cash but may be redeemed toward any Room to Breathe service, subject to the terms printed on or accompanying the certificate.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies, including notice requirements and applicable fees, are set forth in your signed Client Service Agreement. In general, sessions canceled with less than 48 hours' notice are subject to the full session fee, though exceptions may apply at the Organizer's discretion in cases of illness or safety concerns. Please refer to your signed Client Service Agreement for complete terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Maryland law, Room to Breathe Professional Organizing, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of this Site or our services, including but not limited to property damage, loss of items, or personal injury, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Your engagement of in-home or virtual organizing services is governed additionally by the liability and release terms in your signed Client Service Agreement.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Third-Party Links

This Site may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., payment processors, social media). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Room to Breathe Professional Organizing, LLC, its owner, and representatives from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law
